It is part of ACOBIR and has the endorsement of the most recognized union and with its own voice in the real estate sector in Panama, in addition to having essential advantages for the improvement of the tasks of the profession

The requirements will depend on the characteristics of the applicant. That is why below we will show you what you need as a natural person, a Real Estate Brokerage Legal person, a Promoting Company or Corporate Members.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS AS MEMBERS

Natural person:

Copy of the Real Estate Broker License
Copy of personal identity card
Copy of the Certificate of validity of the Natural License before the Technical Board of Real Estate
Three (3) letters of member references belonging to the association.
Signing of the current ACOBIR Code of Ethics.
Signing of the MLS Regulation Code.
Payment of the admission fee (B / .75.00) and the first monthly payment (B / .55.00).

Legal Person of Real Estate Brokerage:

Copy of the Legal License of Real Estate Broker
Copy of Business License or Operation Permit
Copy of Certification from the Public Registry of the Company
Copy of Certification of validity of the Legal License before the Technical Board of Goods Real Estate
Copy of Real Estate Broker License (Legal Representative) Copy of personal identity card of the legal representative
Copy of the Representative's identification before ACOBIR A photo ID of the representative before ACOBIR
Three (3) letters of references from members who belong to the association Signature of ACOBIR Code of Ethics in force Signature of MLS Regulation Code
Payment of the admission fee (B / .150.00) and the first monthly payment (B / .55.00).

PROMOTING COMPANY:

Copy of commercial license or operating permit.
Copy of the Certification of the Public Registry of the Company.
Copy of the certification of the legal representative.
Copy of the personal identity card of the legal representative.
Copy of the representative's identity card before ACOBIR.
A passport photo of the representative before ACOBIR.
Three (3) letters of reference from members who belong to the association.
Signing of the current ACOBIR Code of Ethics.
Payment of the admission fee (B / .150.00) and the first monthly payment (B / .50.00).

CORPORATE MEMBERS:

Copy of the Certification of the Public Registry of the Company.
Copy of the personal identity card of the legal representative.
Copy of the representative's identity card before ACOBIR.
A passport photo of the representative before ACOBIR.
Three (3) letters of reference from members who belong to the association.
Signing of the current ACOBIR Code of Ethics.
Payment of the admission fee (B / .150.00) and the first annuity (B / .600.00).

NOTES: The Letter of Reference must be presented on letterhead in the case of being a legal, promoter or corporate company with the signature of the legal representative registered with ACOBIR.
