Real Estate Brokerage Legal Person:

Copy of the Certification of the Public Registry of the Company. Copy of the Certificate of validity of the Legal License before the Ministry of Commerce and Industries. Copy of Real Estate Broker License (Legal Representative) Copy of personal identity card of the legal representative. Copy of identity card of the Representative before ACOBIR. One (1) letter of reference from a member belonging to the association. Two (2) business reference letters. Signature of the Code of Ethics according to the current Law. Signing of the MLS Regulation Code. Payment of the admission fee (B / .500.00) and the first monthly payment (B / .75.00).

DEVELOPER'S COMPANY:

Copy of the Certification of the Public Registry of the Company. Copy of the personal identity card of the legal representative. Copy of the representative's identity card before ACOBIR. CORPORATE MEMBERS:
